Our Refund Policy is as follows:
If you need to cancel your order or request a refund, you can do so through our platform. Your refund will be credited to your Course Stone wallet immediately, which you can use for any purchase on our site with immediate effect. We hope that this will not be necessary, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make things right for you.
In certain cases, we offer bank transfer refunds. This includes instances where the user has passed away, or in the event of a natural disaster that prevents the user from taking the course. In these cases, we feel it is only fair to refund the user's money. If any of these cases occur, please email us as soon as possible so we can process your refund. We will also need some documentation to verify the situation.
Video Course: Our services come with a flat five-day refund guarantee if users don't like the video course content. If you're not satisfied with the content, simply raise a refund request within five days of purchase and we'll issue an immediate refund.
Live Class: Once a live class has been conducted, there are no refunds or cancellations. This policy is in place to ensure that our instructors can plan and prepare for their classes accordingly. This is because the class has already taken place and the service has been rendered. If you have any questions or concerns about a Live Class, please contact us prior to the class so that we can address your concerns.
Paid Meeting/Consulting: If you need to cancel or reschedule a Live Meeting or Consulting, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the meeting or consultation is scheduled to take place, no refund or cancellation will be applicable.
In-Store Products: At Course Stone, we offer a five-day refund policy for our online-store products in the event that the wrong item is delivered or the item delivered is damaged. If you have any issues with your purchase, please send it back to the seller within five days and we will be happy to process a refund for you.
