By using our Services, you agree that you will not: - post any abusive, obscene, defamatory, libellous, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or sexually explicit material;- impersonate any person or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;- engage in spamming, phishing, viruses, Trojan horses, or denial of service attacks;- harvest or collect personally identifiable information about other users of our Services without their express consent;- post any content that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights of others;- post any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation; or- interfere with the operation of our Services.
You must also agree to the Instructor Terms if you publish content on our platform.
Most activities on our platform, including purchasing and accessing or submitting content for publication, require an account. You may be asked to provide certain information as part of the registration process, such as your name, address, and email address. You may also be asked to choose a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
You are solely responsible for your account and all activity that occurs on your account. This includes any harm or damage caused by someone using your account without your permission. If you allow someone to use your account, you are still responsible for their actions. You should never share your password with anyone. You should contact us immediately if you suspect someone has accessed your account without your permission.

If you are an organisation that has registered in CourseStone and you are deploying instructors in Coursestone, then the organisation are the responsible entity for managing its content and signup-related activity. This means that organisations are responsible for ensuring that the instructors' organisation deploy in Coursestone complies with our terms and conditions. Organisations will also be held liable for any content or signups-related activity your instructors engage in while using Coursestone.
The organisation/Institute will be held accountable for any violations of the terms and conditions that may occur. If you have any questions about your responsibilities, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This includes ensuring that all content is up-to-date, accurate, and appropriate as per our content policy. Failure to do so may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
Organisation may be asked to provide a valid credit card to purchase the service. The card will be charged on a monthly basis according to the number of instructors deployed by you in CourseStone. Organisations can increase or decrease the number of instructors at any time. If you need to cancel your account, you can do so by contacting us at email@example.com or raise a ticket in our platform.
If you are an organisation deploying instructors through CourseStone, you are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the content. This includes making sure that all instructor information is up-to-date and accurate. You will also be held responsible for any course material created by the instructors. This includes making sure that all materials are up to date and of a high standard. If there are any issues with the content, the organisation must fix them at the earliest.
Any type of content violation on the platform by the instructors of the organisation may lead to the account suspension. Some of the content violations include, but are not limited to, inappropriate pictures, videos, or written content. If any type of content is found to be in violation, the instructor will be notified and asked to remove it. If they do not comply, their account will be suspended.

The types of content violations that may lead to account suspension include, but are not limited to, plagiarism, cheating, sexual abuse, gender biasedness, caste, colour biasedness, hate speech, violent speech, sexual speech, and speech that targets a specific group or individual and inappropriate conduct.
CourseStone is not liable to pay any instructors any remuneration if they fall under any organisation and organisation are registered with us. This means that if you are an instructor working for an organisation, CourseStone will not be responsible for paying you any fees. CourseStone is only liable to pay to the organisations (if any) and organisation will remunerate to their respective instructors (if any).
You must also agree to the Users/Students Terms if you purchase any content on our platform.
If you buy any courses from instructors or organisations through CourseStone, we cannot guarantee the quality of the content this includes how well the course is put together, how up-to-date the information is, and if the instructor is knowledgeable about the subject matter. However, we do offer a money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your purchase.
But, we do our best to vet all of our instructors and organisations, but ultimately it is up to them to provide quality courses. If you are not happy with a course you've purchased, please contact the instructor or organisation directly to try to resolve the issue. We recommend that you carefully research and review the instructor or organization before making a purchase.
If you purchase any live classes from CourseStone, you are expected to attend the class as scheduled. There will be no refunds or postponements granted for any reason only if class didn't happen by the respective instructors or organisations they you need to write at firstname.lastname@example.org or raise the ticket.
The refund policy for students or users who made a course purchase is as follows: If the course is a video course, there is a flat 5 day refund policy. If the course is a Live course, which has been taken, refund is not applicable.
